• Unless other arrangements are made, ownership of all commissioned works remain with Daniel Rose and license withheld until the invoiced amount is paid in full. 

• Unless otherwise formally agreed, copyright of all commissioned work is retained by Daniel Rose and licensed to the client to suit their requirements.
